1. Students will learn that the web is a good place to get ideas for documenting their personal history.

2. Students will start documenting their personal lives.

MATERIALS:

Computers with Internet

Paper and pencil

ACTIVITIES AND PROCEDURES:

Step 1.  Students will access the oral history site using  this link. http://www.rootsweb.com/~genepool/oralhist.htm

Step 2.  From the list, students will use the oral history  questions to  begin writing their own family stories and documenting their life connections.
