Pedigree Chart & Family Group Sheets Parents were asked to fill both a pedigree chart and a family group sheet with their child. These forms were used to compile information for their timeline, to determine relationships amongst each other and to research their relationship to Philip and Julie Long. They were also used as a base for researching on Parents'/Grandparents' Genealogy Afternoon.
