PLOYE RECIPE 1 cup buckwheat flour ½ cup white flour 2 tsp. Rumford baking powder 1 tsp salt Mix the dry ingredients. Add cold water to make a thick paste. Add boiling water to make runny batter. Use a hot cast iron griddle . (Do not oil pan.) Pour on skillet and let cook until ployes make "eyes". Do not flip over. |
